Outside of his professional endeavours, Jim is an avid golfer. As a dedicated father of two daughters, he believes in the importance of promoting golf among women and encouraging the next generation to embrace the sport. His enthusiasm for the game is matched only by his desire to create opportunities for women in golf, ensuring a brighter future for the sport.
Shalini Malik
With over three decades of experience in the world of golf, Shalini Malik has made significant contributions to the sport both as a player and an administrator. A trailblazer, she became the first Indian girl to compete in Division 1 college golf in the United States. Shalini’s impressive journey includes playing junior golf, elite amateur competitions, and professional events across India, Asia, and Europe.
Transitioning from player to administrator, she has excelled as a referee and tournament director at the highest levels. She has worked closely with the LPGA, LET, Asian Tour, and the R&A, where she has also been actively involved in Rules Education.
